Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 25% of booked services.
No-call, no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of booked services.
Cancellations and no-call, no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file is declined, the client will be unable to book any future appointments until the fee is paid.
Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Anyone that arrives past the grace period may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Must be 18 or older for bikini services. Children are not permitted in the suite. Appointments will be rescheduled as soon as possible if I have to cancel due to sickness, inclement weather, etc. Services are non-refundable. By booking, you are agreeing to these policies.
